Lifetime Warranty

Hitch Hook offers a lifetime warranty on each Hitch Hook. This includes the fastening loop body and latch cam, but does not include the clevis nor bolt. 

If there is a defect in the material of either the fastening loop body or the latch cam, Hitch Hook will replace either in full.

Lifetime warranty does not include improper use of Hitch Hook, damage due to wear, damage from an accident, normal wear of Hitch Hook, damage due to items falling on to into Hitch Hook and the like.

If you purchased Hitch Hook from our official website, www.hitchhook.com, please send us an email at info@hitchhook.com with your order number and "Lifetime Warranty" on the subject line and we will get you registered.

If you purchased Hitch Hook from one of our partner retailers, you must send us an email with your receipt or bill of sale showing the date of purchase and the seller’s information to be registered for the lifetime warranty.
